Our team is about much more than simply fundraising.

Welcome to our Events page!
Here you’ll find all the exciting activities and fundraisers happening throughout the academic year. Every event helps raise funds to support our school community — and we couldn’t do it without you!

The Friends & Family of St Monica exists to bring staff, parents, carers and friends together socially in support of our school.

All families are automatically members of Friends and Families of St. Monica when their child joins our school.

All parents, carers and members of the school community are encouraged to get involved even if they only have a small amount of time available. Ranging from helping out at events, attending our weekly coffee mornings at the Church hall next door to the school ( for a chat & support ) and to help with ideas for fundraising and improving the learning experience at the school.

If you’d like to volunteer or donate prizes, please get in touch with the F&F Team — we’re always grateful for extra hands and ideas!

🍂 Autumn Term

Cake Sale – 3rd October
A sweet start to the school year! Donations welcome — and don’t forget some change for after school treats.

Halloween Trail – 17th October–2nd November
A spooky challenge for families — find the hidden pumpkins around the village!

Step Into Christmas – 26th November (after school)
Kick off the festive season with crafts, stalls, and seasonal cheer.

School Disco – 2nd December
Get your dancing shoes on! A fun evening for all year groups.

Christmas Jumper Day – 11th December
Wear your brightest, sparkliest jumper and bring a small donation to support the schools chosen charity - Save The Children

Christmas Raffle – 12th December
Fantastic prizes to be won — tickets on sale soon!

Christmas Dinner & Father Christmas Visit – 18th December
A magical day for the children, with a special festive lunch and a visit from Father Christmas himself.

Cake Sale – 13th February
Because one cake sale a year just isn’t enough!

Wonderful Women – 11th March
A chance to celebrate the amazing women in our school community.

Easter Hunt – 27th March
Join us for our egg-citing Easter trail and prizes!

Marvellous Men – 17th June
A special event to celebrate the brilliant men in our pupils’ lives.

Cake Sale – 26th June
Our final bake sale of the year — don’t miss it!

Leavers Party – 13th July
A fun-filled farewell for our Year 6 leavers.
