Inspire Learning Partnership reports rise in writing standards

A multi-academy trust has reported a rise in writing standards among its pupils.

Inspire Learning Partnership, which manages five schools across Southampton and the Waterside, said writing standards continued to "positively progress" owing to cross-school collaboration.

The trust's three Southampton-based primary schools - Kanes Hill, Hightown, and St Monica - as well as Blackfield Primary and Nursery and Fawley Infant School on the Waterside, saw 72 per cent of pupils aged seven to eleven achieving the expected standard in writing, aligning with national averages.
